I visited Hair by Marsay today for the first time and had a wonderful experience! She had great customer service leading up to my appointment and a very clean and welcoming salon experience. I loved that she talked with me about my hair goals and educated me. I haven’t worn my own hair for over 20+ years and I left the salon 100% satisfied and completely loving my new look.
Very impressed with my first visit to Marsay! The service was impeccable. From an on-time appointment start to offering beverages AND snacks, I left feeling pampered. The shampoo experience was nothing short of amazing - a perfect blend of relaxation and scalp rejuvenation. It set the tone for a much-needed and expertly executed haircut, which felt very much like a collaborative effort. Marsay checked in with me several times throughout the styling process to ensure I would leave satisfied. On top of all of that, homegirl was hella funny. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. A definite 5-star experience!
