Van Michael Salon

I’ve frequented a few Van Michael salons through the years and the Buckhead location is my favorite. I adore Portia, who is not only a highly skilled stylist, she’s also an absolute delight! Love her head and neck massage and her shampooing doesn’t get water in my ears (a pet peeve) and almost puts me to sleep. I really appreciate the way the shampoo room is closed off and has spa music too. The people who greet you at the front desk are always friendly, but I have to say that some of the checkout staff aren’t the warmest. They also neglected to contact me when an item I paid for during customer appreciation week came in. These are relatively minor points so I still give the overall experience five stars.

Eve, Xanthia and Alfred are fantastic!! Highly recommend. I have been coming here for over two years and I love the staff and location. I always leave feeling beautiful!
