Sheila is the best. She has cut my hair for years and does a great job.
The work is good but make sure that you are clear before the procedure on exactly what your operator plans to do each time. Any little change may affect what you pay afterward. Always ask up front. Ditto on any ongoing price changes/increases. You don't want to be surprised. Also, if you accept a different operator ask about their price fees because they may be in a higher tier than your previous operator's.
