I hate leaving negative reviews so here's 1 star. My sister waited about 15 minutes with my son so that he can get a quick hair cut while we were doing some laundry next door, not 1 person acknowledged her existence. No one greeted her or even asked if she needed help, or if she had an appointment or needed to make one, or even to just say HELLO! Im sorry but you're never too busy to acknowledge someone's presence as the woman behind the deli counter proved to me today at Publix, she said hello to every single person that walked past as she was helping me with my order. However, my sister politely walked out and told me what happened so I went back in and spoke with them to see how much a haircut was for my toddler and couldn't even get a price. I told them my sister waited there with my kid and no one spoke to her while she sat there and waited and I was told that even though they do take walk-ins, people typically have appointments and they assumed she was waiting for her appointment

Walked in to get a haircut, I was practically ignored for about 30 minutes while I had to listen to the haircutters complain about random stuff to their patrons. Then when the lady next to me finished her client, she got me on the chair without cleaning up and proceeded to COMPLETELY IGNORE everything I asked for and give me the worst haircut I've had in years all the while insulting my appearance. Awful place run by an awful team, avoid this place.
