Exceptional service. Exceeded expectations and wound up with a great hair style and new color just in time to leap into 2020 with. I’m blonder than I’ve ever been now. I have gotten my hair cut from the Pro Hair Salon since 2017. I am really happy because I always like my hair’s form after getting my hair cut. Specially I always prefer Kim because she is always very kind and quiet. I really like her. To me, she is a professional at his job. Thank you so much Kim.
This business turns African Americans away. I was told they only do “straight hair”. Showed them a picture of the cut I wanted and she repeated we only do straight hair. Didn’t even attempt to try. Just wanted a simple hair cut. The area this business is in is multi cultural!!!! They need to get it together.
