In terms of skill with handling my difficult hair, the salon has always been skillful, patient, and provided incredible results and I have been a repeat customer because of this. On my wedding day in October 2017, my stylist showed up 30 minutes late. I was still a customer after that, because - Atlanta traffic happens. I get it. But today was the absolute last straw. I went in for a hair appointment because I'm leaving for vacation early tomorrow morning and the receptionist asked if I received a call reminding me about the appointment yesterday. I told her yes and thank you for the courtesy call. She then asked me if I was informed during that call that I canceled an appointment back in early June (this is true) and that there would be a cancellation fee added to today's service (August 23rd) because it was done within 24 hours of the schedule time.
