I have so many good things to say about this salon and the owner. She’s so sweet and knowledgeable. The environment is welcoming, clean and peaceful. I took a lash course with her and I can honestly say I’m fully prepared for lashing now ????????. It’s hard for me to learn in groups, but to my surprise I was able to take the course alone. It made it so much easier for me to catch on. She took her time with teaching me. She didn’t hover, but she did make sure I felt confident before performing the service on my model ( my mom). Please take the course with her. It’s very informative and you will leave feeling confident. Trust me. Can’t go wrong.

Samantha is the greatest hands down. I’ve had the pleasure of completing her lash class, and it was an awesome experience. Samantha has a wealth of knowledge about lashes, and the overall business. The quality of my lashes installed on a Friday were very poor, as experienced the next day, Saturday, when several lashes started to fall out -- leaving noticeable gaps. When I reached out to the owner on Tuesday, because the salon closes at 12 (or 1?) on Sat, are closed on Sunday, I was not able to connect on Monday, but called the first thing Tuesday morning. The owner asked me to text photos and determined from the photo that there was no need to replace the lashes and offered to do so, because I insisted, to replace them at a 50% discount. These lashes cost $145 + tip. I was both upset and disappointed that I, as a customer, had to pay to correct their poor service. When I expressed this (conversation was through text), I was advised to find another lash artist because she felt I was being "disrespectful". I never used profanity, never disparaged her character, I complained about her service and tried to compel her to "make it right". She refused unless I paid more because it wa
