Pleasant, fun, friendly, and professional! My hair and scalp feel great and Shalonda always has a good answer for my hair care questions. An enjoyable experience, as usual.
On the day I went my map app said it was open and that it closed at 9pm. Well I called the number from my map app and no one answered, so I called back and left a message and never received a call back. I would not waste my time going back a second time.
Friendly, professional and I loved my hair do, style was easy to take out with no damage to my natural hair. Will be making future appointments for sure!
