It was my first visit, my hair was a hot mess when I arrived and in desperate need of help. I saw Alexa (Lexi) and omg what a difference. we discussed it and put colors together to get a beautiful red. My hair is healthier and softer. The professionalism of the salon is top notch, I felt at home from my consultation until my visit. She listened to everything I wanted to do and between my consult and appt today she thought about my hair and gave me her thoughts (I’ve never had a stylist care so much and think about MY hair between all that time) her suggestion paid off. I’ve had not so savory experiences in the past at prior salons (which both are no longer in business) I have definitely and will be recommending this place and Alexa to anyone who needs a refresh or a redo. This place was a hidden gem! I needed an impromptu haircut and usually I get scared when places have immediate availability because I then go down a rabbit whole of questioning "wait, why are they available ?? Is this about to be a huge mistake?!" Well it absolutely wasn't. From the phone call to the in person greeting, everyone was super kind and welcoming. The place is very clean and looks great. Aly was my hair stylist for the day and she took great care of me. I have very curly hair and I've had some horrendous cuts from people who thought they could handle curly hair. I knew my hair looked great when I walked out but it was solidified when my husband actually commented on it ! ???? ???? I'll definitely be back to have my hair done again! I'm glad I found a new home for my hair care! Thank you everyone!
