JCPenney Salon

My hair was medium auborn brown with some blonde lights and alot of hidden stubborn grays. Liz took care of me! She lifted my hair to a light cool ash Blonde. I'm so happy I went to her! I've been dying my hair at home for years and just wanted to go somewhere I could feel pampered! She's AWESOME and walked me through every step! I went in there feeling nervous and left feeling completely happy! Going Blonde is a process some people don't understand! I'm really beyond happy at the outcome! Will definitely be back! LIZ is wonderful at what she does!

Had a great experience here at JCPenney ' s Only got a little bit of a trim but my stylist took extra time on washing my hair and massaging my scalp and it was so nice and so appreciative. Hair cut looked great.

Dont waste your money! I took my kids here today for haircuts and decided to get a trim myself, since the salon was dead and all of the chairs were empty. The ladies were all confused about who knew how to cut boys hair and kept whispering about who would cut mine. Finally after several chair switches I recieved an excellent shampoo with scalp massage, so I was optimistic about my experience. I mentioned that I didnt want much off my length but I needed my layers cleaned up. The lady made fun of numerous times about being afraid to cut too much and asked me if I would cry when I got to my car. She said I was picky and after I said no to blowdrier she whipped out the hair dryer and did it anyway. Them i go to pay and she tells me the haircuts will cost $37!!!! WHAT! I could've gone to a high end salon for that much. I tipped them all anyway, but am def dissatisfied with this place.
