Hollywood Salon and Spa

I went there about a week ago. I have natural nails. I’ve been getting them done in Greenacres by someone else but I moved to Wellington so I had no time to drive farther this time so decided to go to this place. Worse decision. First off I walked in and she immediately said she could take me. Had me sit at a chair and stood more than 20 mins on the phone at her desk. So I waited patiently. While still on the phone she started taking off the nexgen that I had previously got done on my nails. She did one hand and left to the back for another 10 to 15mins. While I was waiting I decided to ask another nail tech if she can do my nails because I didn’t have time to wait. She said yes and said I should tell the other lady first. I went in there wanting nexgen done but the girl I changed to did not do nexgen only gel so I said fine. She started my nails. When I said I wanted a design she said she doesn’t do designs either and pointed a girl out that does design and asked her if she would do i

Such an amazing spa and the staff is very welcoming. I highly recommend this salon for you mail services and I love that they’re open later than most salons around town
