Paris Hair The New Look

I had an appointment but my stylist wasn’t there so someone else did my hair. 20 minutes after my appointment time, I was taken to get my hair washed. After the brief wash, I had to sit there and wait with wet hair in a towel the entire time my stylist cut, dried, and styled her other clients hair. When it was finally time for me (45 min after appt time) she tried to comb through it (starting at the roots) and found it was very tangled so she CUT THE KNOT OFF. She tried for maybe 2 minutes before deciding to just cut the tangles out rather than work through them. All without telling me. The whole experience I felt ignored and disrespected, when getting my hair done should be a positive and fun experience. I will never be back here and don’t recommend this place for anyone. Love Paris Hair Salon! They always have personalized, professional service. I have been here 3 times now and it is always a great experience. Today was my first time working with Enma - she was amazing. She took her time and was very thoughtful about how the color needed to be layered to work with how my gray hair grows in so that it layers with my dark hair. So happy with my haircut and received so many compliments. I was a little nervous going to a new salon because I’m really picky from previous years working as a hairstylist.
