Great Clips

30 mins back i had a haircut, worst experience, the lady had done the haircut less than 5 minutes. When i asked to shotten the hair little bit more, she was upset and just in 2 to 3 cuts she told it is done. No perfection . Waste going to this store.

I went to Great Clips yesterday .The wait time was not bad. You can check in via their app.I went from long hair to a pixie cut. Gail did an amazing job! I showed her pictures of the cut I wanted, and that’s what I received. Both stylists at this location were very friendly. The salon is clean and nice. I will definitely be coming here from now on.

Update to the comments below: I contacted the customer service and they put me in touch with the store manager, Jenny. She was kind and offered me a free haircut to fix my hair once it was a little longer. She is competent and most enjoyable. She did a great job and I appreciate it. Therefore, I changed the rating from 1 to 4. Original Comments: This was my first time at Great Clips. A pleasant young man gave me the worst haircut of my life. He was supposed to trim my short hair and keep the shape of my previous cut. By the end, both sides of my hair were cut almost to my scalp! There is no shape to my hairdo. I have to wear a hat to hide it. Service: Haircut
