Oh wow, where do I begin???? Okay, 1st off I did not have an appointment, I called Mrs. Chrystal to ask questions about her relaxers. I have been natural for a little over two years & I was ready to relax my hair. She didn't have any appointments, but I literally begged her to squeeze me in because I had an interview the next day. And she did! When I got there the next morning I was her first and only customer. She literally changed her schedule around just for me. Her Salon is beautiful, clean, and everybody there is welcoming. Mrs. Chrystal is professional, very friendly and I will recommend her to anyone. I love my hair. It came out beautiful.
