The young Chinese man can’t do gel polish so I told him to take it off and they tried to make me pay full price for a pedicure and the gel!

Saturday would have been my third visit to this location for a pedicure. On my other visits there was only one other person there so I was surprised that they were busy but asked how long the wait would be. I was finally told an actual time of 30 mins after asking the woman owner three times because she kept telling me that she had other manicures versus answering my question…I went to the car to charge my phone and came back in 25 mins. I sat for 40 more mins inside while they finished with the last pedicure customer. I ended up asking if they could start my water since the employee was painting at this point(I shouldn’t have had to ask). On my way to the chair I asked to use the bathroom first and when I came out they had put a walk in into my seat smh So I asked the woman owner if they were open on Sunday and for the hours but instead of answering she insisted that they would help me now. I proceeded to head for the door at which point she tells me they open at 11:00am and I had to

Went in for a gel manicure. I should have known it wouldn’t be good. It was empty. On a Friday. Nah uh. There is a smell in there, it gave me such a headache. It’s the sewage smell from when you don’t run your pipes enough. I couldn’t stay for a pedicure. The gel manicure was bad. Lumps, painted skin. And this was the owner. The shape is all off too. SMH.
