Diamond Nails

The wait is horrible. People pass you on your shift and they don't know how to make simple designs. Since Ken left, it's not the same. and of course . I changed the design because the one I was going to make, which was just lines of one color... the person told me that he didn't know how to make designs ????. They speak in their language and look at you as if mocking you. 1 year ago it was the best salon. It's amazing how one person changes everything

So this was my first time coming here I saw that it had 4 and a half stars and good reviews so I decided to go it looked so nice and very clean. But the customer service was awful.! I am super disappointed . The guy that did my feet. He did not speak any English and did not understand anything. He messed up on my toes very badly. The girl that did my hands was very rude and not friendly at all. She was rolling her eyes at the manager and talking bad about the manager it definitely did not feel like a welcoming place my nails, I was extremely unhappy with them, I was charged for a cuticle cutter after I got a full set. Definitely won’t being going bad .

The tech grabbed my toe nail while I was talking with my daughter and ripped out a strip of it on the right side, right down to the nail bed! I let out a scream. She said she looked ingrown! It wasn’t! Apparently it was her first day! In my 60 years I’ve never had a pedicure tech who acted a licensed podiatrist! Now it’s infected 3 days later!! It’s the right side of the big toe. No excuse for this!! They will be hearing from me.
