I asked for it to be a honey brown and its several different colors all over the place. Its grey, plantinum blonde and everything. My bangs are lightest to darkest across. I went in on time to get my hair done by a specific stylist and they left me waiting almost two hours while she did another girls hair who came in late for her own appointment. She didnt know how to even style curly hair. I came in with it styled and left with it looking worse than i came in. Frizzy. It looks like i dyed and styled it myself, inexperienced. So she left me waiting a long time, didnt dye it or style it correctly and it came up to $300 i was there from 2-6:30 and she actually started my hair seriously after 3. They washed it and she worked on another girl until she finished with her. The girl acted like she didn't wanna be there and she was in a rush to leave so when she was brushing throught my hair she didnt take into any consideration the pain she was putting me through. Not happy and not coming back
