I am so happy with the job that Kelly did on my hair. She did a perfect color match and soft highlights and the cut is stylish and easy to manage. She was very professional, she listened to me, offered suggestions and feedback and everything came out perfect. I will definitely be back. Waited for over an hour when I had an appointment on my birthday. Said I had 1 person in front of me, after waiting was told she called in. Then another lady cut my hair uneven and butchered it. Went back to have assistant manager fix it. My hair was cut in less than 5min both times. My hair was down to my mid back. I wanted long layers and just the front tapered. Now my hair is almost to my shoulders. I will continue to cut my own hair from now on. As I always have. Just wanted a treat for my birthday.
