Made the mistake of letting Charlie cut my hair for the second time. Wanted a very simple low fade and blend the rest on the sides she faded all the way to the top I have zero hair on the sides of my head. Might of well just asked to shave the everything but the top.
I've been going to Great Clips for years. The staff has always been friendly, professional, and caring. Just recently I had my hair cut there but wasn't satisfied with the results. They were kind enough to have me come back in and fix to my satisfaction. Well done Great Clips!
Exactly what 3 stars says, it's okay. It's a "get them in and get them out" mentality here that I'm sure corporate has deemed what's best for profits. If you're looking for personalized service this isnt the place for you. If you're looking for a quick trim where you can get seen same day, nothing special, then this is a good pick.
