Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

Today I arrived just before noon to get a simple haircut. When I entered, I looked around and said to the stylist, ¨ looks like I came at a great time¨ as the place was empty. She responded, do you have an appointment? I replied no. She said that they´re really slammed today and would not be able to cut my hair. I looked around the empty business and said REALLY??? She said that people have appointments and they¨ll be in and there back to back til closing! This also occurred two times prior. Ive been coming to FS for over 15 years, but after today, no more !! You should remove the signs in your windows stating ¨ NO APPOINTMENTS NECESSARY¨ I went to Great Clips and they had their act together. I will be THEIR regular customer!!

I'm from out of town and I'm always nervous about getting someone new to color my hair. Heather at Fantastic Sams did an awesome job! The prices are so reasonable too!

Was very disappointed. Made an appointment 5 days ago with Heather. Arrived about 10 minutes early. Heather was washing someone’s hair so I was willing to wait. Another hairdresser asked about washing my hair and I said yes. She then cut and dried it. I should have spoke up and said I would wait. Everything was so rushed I was in and out in 15 minutes. Really expect the person I make an appointment with to be the one I see. Service: Haircut
