Went for something specific, lovely girl helped me. She was knowledgeable and precise about how to use the product. What put me off was at the cashier someone else, asked my phone number and I said no thank you I don't want to give it out, she placed both hands on my products and said Because I don't want to give my phone number I won't be able to return any of my products!! What kind a shop is this?

I went to purchase a perfume, it was messy and hard to find the paper testers. It was too complicated and messy for me to choose something

She comes over looks at me and my daughter and says "She will have to pick out a new one" Okay why don't you go and show her one that she can have ? Because there were several of the same design. I was confused. She said my daughter wouuld have to pick out an entire different design. WHY? i ask. Because we cant sell you this design and we must destroy it.
