Creative Hair

I so badly wanted to love my cut I received from Jaz Gonsalves. The two stars is for the salon appearance. It is beautifully decorated and welcoming. I chose this location because of the good reviews. I was really looking forward to a great cut however after returning home and blowing out my hair I realized the cut was not what I asked for. I have very thick hair, I asked for a trim of my dead ends for a nice refresh. I never asked to have my ends thinned and that’s what I got with several inches off. Now my hair is difficult to style and I am just so sad. Although I appreciate the salon, I will not be returning. Service: Haircut

Lisa was amazing. She consulted with other stylists to ensure she could get my hair exactly how I wanted and she delivered! All of the women were exceptionally kind and my experience was overall wonderful. Pricing was good as well

, I just had a bad experience at creative hair. The lady totally messed up a color, nothing like what I wanted and then over charged me. I even brought in a photo. I wanted to go lighter with doing a single color, her response was she would take care of me and that she was an expert colorist. Her initial charge was $360 when I thought I would be paying around $175 , she did discount it to $225. Still way too high. Then spoke with the owner, I wanted the highlights darkened and brought to the roots, I look like I have a week grow out already, she refused to correct the color. She said she discounted the appointment and I will not be happy either way. Very bad business. Services: Haircut, Hairstyling
