Beatriz is amazing! It was my first time at this hair salon and she made me feel right at home. She listened to my concerns and wants regarding going to a dark brown from my natural roots with blonde outgrowth. She was a joy to be around and even provided champagne! 100/10. I will be back! ???? Edit: I went back for a second time and Beatriz and her team are still so professional and great at what they do. It took me a while to find a boutique I love, but this place is it! Every time I step into the salon they overcome all of my expectations. The team is always so educated, kind and understanding besides being great professionals. They offer so many different services, and always putting quality over anything else. The environment is absolutely beautiful and they offer teas, coffee, water and the best cappuccino ever! I’ve been there a couple of times for prom/hoco makeup, hair cuts, nails and they do it better than anywhere I’ve been. Today I got a haircut and blowout with Roger and he did an amazing job. He was so nice and understanding, besides being a great professional. The whole team is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone, especially dear ones. Zero stars... I called and scheduled an appointment for a manicure dip. When I got there they had three colors to choose from, after explaining to them that the gel they were offering was not the same as dip I asked them nicely to just go ahead and charge me for nail polish removal and then I would be leaving. After they went back and forth discussing it in a whisper I decided I was uncomfortable and just took the foil off my nails and got up to leave. I went to the register and explained to her that I still wanted to tip the young lady who was assisting me because it was not her fault that whoever had taken my appointment did not realize they do not offer that service. At that point she was running my credit card charged me $10 for nail polish that had not even been fully removed and I went ahead and added the $5 tip. She then went on to tell me that the credit card did not go through even though it showed on my bank side that it did. I went into my bank account, showed her that it ha
