From the times I have been at this location I’ve always been happy with my cuts. This time was unfortunately different. I went in and told them I wanted a trim and maybe some face framing bangs to minimize my large forehead. I got a wash and a cut and a diffused style. My “bangs” are not evenly cut in my curly hair and it’s very easy to tell - the right side is significantly shorter than the left. Of the layers she added they are not even at all and there are a few sections where it’s longer than my left side. To say I am dissatisfied is an understatement.

Sarah was awesome! She took the time to hear what I wanted and executed perfectly. I haven’t been this happy with a cut and color for a very long time! She was even courteous enough to make my cutoff time so I could go pick up my kids from school. Can’t thank her enough for her skills and professionalism today! Thanks, Sarah!!!

Elizabeth was gentle, gave a great wash, and ensured I was comfortable during the entire process, which culminated in a gorgeous cut and stunning blow out. She corrected an at home hair mistake I made without making me feel like I was a toddler that got ahold of the scissors (even if that’s pretty close to the reality of what I did to my hairs!). Wonderful experience!
