I had a wonderful experience at this salon. The customer service is excellent and my hair stylist Veronica Foster was amazing. She definitely knows how to manage and style natural hair. Can't wait for my next appointment with her.
I came on time for my appointment. I was checked in but the scheduled stylist was still on another client's hair. I waited to give them time but after 45 minutes I had to leave as the stylist was still working on that same client and did not acknowledge that i was there and that they were running late. It was disappointing because I worked my job schedule around and it for nothing. The staff that checked me in and out were nice though.
Veronica always takes care of my hair by making sure it is cut, needs a cut or keeping my hair healthy and does a wonderful on hairdo. Services: Braids, Updos
