I have been debating on whether or not to make this review.. but after months of struggling to grow out my hair and being completely insecure about my hair to the point that I have my hair up 24/7 I decided it was time. I decided to get a haircut here for my birthday, unfortunately that was a huge mistake. As I called and booked the apt. I was told it was going to be an extra fee since the lady was a "master stylist" , I said no problem. When I arrived,I showed her a picture of what I wanted hoping she would deliver. But , unfortunately that was not the case. I got the worst haircut I could have received. My hair was completely uneven. Before I left she had styled my hair with waves and showed me my hair with the waves-which looked fine. But as soon as the waves fell- it was horrible . I will attach pictures for reference. It looked like someone cut my hair blindfolded and for the amount I paid and the extra for it to be done by a master stylist was insane. I called the next day and a

I had a lot of grey grown out and my color is naturally just kind of dull and Jesilyn really brought my hair back to life along with making me feel more confident in myself.
