It's always disappointing when you don't get the results you were hoping for, especially when you've been a loyal customer for years. I was very specific about what i wanted, and it's unfortunate that the stylist didn't listen to my requests. I had long hair that reached my bottom before the haircut. It took me 6 months to grow out my hair. I only wanted the split ends trimmed, and you asked for long layers and face-framing bangs. However, it was the complete opposite of what I asked for, my hair now above my chest with shortest layers ever and it’s so hard to even style it. It's frustrating to have to start the growth process all over again when I was so close to achieving my desired length and style. I don’t want my money back. But do me the favor and do not book here. I was just looking for a simple haircut. What I received was a MAGNIFICENT lady named Mercedes!!! She not only cut my hair, she made me look absolutely stunning!
