Rose Hair Salon spa

I went here for keratin the 2nd time , the 1st time it was good thats why i went back but the 2nd one after i washed my hair a it went back to wavy its like nothing happened! I ask Vanessa if this is the same keratin from last time she said yes and when I complained to the owner she said they stop selling the strong one so this is a different keratin that means theyre lying.. and they want to pay me another $100 so total of $300 for keratin! No way! So pls beware dnt waste your money coming here..they dnt know how to solve problem instead they will ask u to pay again... so disappointed ????

Came in for a haircut and style, the owner was very accommodating and sweet. Definitely recommend!

I am writing this review not based on their work but more so the unprofessional way they handle their clients appointments. I was a new client and made an appointment for 10am 1/31/20. Upon arrival the doors were locked and shortly after the stylist arrived late. Then another client arrived for the same 10am appointment, the stylist says I can only take one of you. At this point I decide to leave as if they are this unprofessional with client's time then I don't want them working on my hair. My time is very valuable as well, I had scheduled someone to watch my 2 year old so I could get a 3 hour service done. Upon leaving I called the owner who booked the appointment and she explains that the other clients stylist called out last minute as her son is sick. I get that things happen but the stylist at the salon was for my appointment so there should have been no question as who she was going to take. The other client should have waited or either rescheduled. Beware if they do not value t
