Sydney Salon by Anila

They got my color all wrong which I wished they would have just said they didn't have the color instead of going through with the wrong color. The owner is very aggressive when you don't agree with her (funny enough most of the negative reviews refer to her behavior) saying that what I was asking was impossible in one sitting and that the color I wanted wasn't real. I had this color done before and it lasted 2-3 months before needing to reapply color to it and this was done in one sitting. I know not every salon follows the same procedures and for hair health reasons might choose to do something a bit different but this should be clearly communicated. The previous time I had this color, it was done before at my previous salon, sadly my stylist left the area so Im stuck on the journey of finding a new salon. Great experience!!! Our first time to Salon Sydney was two days ago when I took my daughter to get highlights. She has had her hair highlighted twice before, however, was not happy with the end result. Anila listened to her and my daughter was finally elated with the end result! She loved it! I, in turn, canceled an appointment I had with my regular stylist/salon and booked an appointment with Anila. Once again, the end results was great! Anila takes the time to listen to what you want to accomplish and uses the best products that leaves your hair feeling great! You walk in as a new customer and you leave as family. I’m in love again!……..with my hair. After a frustrating day of trying to find an open salon that would see me right away I made one last call to Sydney Salon right before closing. Anika agreed to see me and I am very happy that she did. She understood what I was looking for and gave me the perfect haircut for my type of hair. Anila’s professionalism , knowledge and passion for her craft is evident. It’s been one week and I’m still saying “I love my hair!” Thank you Anila.!
