I will never come back here again! The person that cut my sons hair didn’t even put it down to brush it out… she cut his hair while it was still up in a bun… she took a razor and cut his “sideburns” mind you my son has perfectly beautiful curly hair.. now his hair texture is ruined.. The sideburns that she shaved off are growing in Strait, she didn’t ask for permission to do that she just did it… I am beyond livid… thank you for signing us up to a haircut that we did not consent to for the rest of our lives… next time this woman gets a child in her chair I hope she’s more mindful of what she’s doing to them. Even when I left I couldn’t believe they made me pay for it… it was botched… she didn’t even cut his bangs correctly, on the corners of his bangs she left LONG strands.. I had to go home and trim them myself . Overall it just wasn’t a professional haircut. What’s the point of the online check in when it’s not honored. Plus the stylist was 15 minutes late arriving to work and I still had to wait.
