overall experience is OK, I love working with Jenny, but Jenny was extremely busy today. I even asked them I could come back, but I believe the owner decided to sit me down in her chair and I showed her a simple French look and I did not like my results. I asked her to fix them. She said she couldn’t because it was already done, I just did not like my visit today. I am really upset on how my nails look. They are extremely bulky the shape she got is wrong. I’m just really upset. Services: Dip powder, Manicure

The best massage chair ever (I usual dislike them, because I’m short and it jolts me) but I set it on Knead, and I was in heaven. Add in the Relaxing music, ‘Hi’ the kindest and most efficient pedicurist, and I had the best experience. Getting my nails done has always been a Task I had to get done…the crew, the salon, and the chair made it a ‘Taking care of me’ experience. Thanks everybody!

UPDATE(12/15/23): Although the new management has reached out and assured me that I would not have the same experience as before, I actually received the exact same!! The nasty, little man with tattooed eyebrows just happened to be the same one who butchered me last year and yet again. He is mean and racist. He was speaking whatever language outside of English and was pointing at me, referencing me multiple times. When he was servicing a caucasian customer, he was silent. He proceeds to butcher me again and mock me because I exclaimed that I was bleeding! How disgusting and inhumane. Furthermore, he was willing to have me walk out with my cuticle undone! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THIS LOCATION AND I'VE TOLD ALL THOSE THAT I KNOW! He is not professional and cruel, which is simply bad for business. Maybe if he wasn't so evil, he's be able to grow decent eyebrows! NEVER AGAIN! Unbelievable service I received today! These people are rude and evil. I've came to this establishment
