Every time I go here I dread it. If I say anything about what I want regarding my eyebrows she acts annoyed. Overall the environment is unpleasant. And unwelcoming. And I don't leave happy because I feel like I can't even say anything about what I want. I have several pieces of advice. You can take it or you can leave it. When a Customer walks in greet him/her ...smile act like you want them there. When they say something that they want acknowledge them, tell them yes, OK I can definitely do that or something along those lines to reassure the client that you're listening to what they their wants and needs are. There is literally no customer service whatsoever in this place. And I will not be returning ever again. All it really takes is kindness & communication to keep a customer and great service. Simple. I love the way she does my eyebrows they turn out PERFECT every single time. She is so sweet and nice. Her prices are also affordable and reasonable. I love that I found her and I here every single time with no worries.
