First of all, when I called them and asked about the kinds of services they provided, the receptionist was very knowledgeable and polite, named the prices and recommended the best suitable hair technician for me. When I arrived for my appointment, they were ready for me and offered me refreshments. My hairstylist was very friendly and professional, made sure we were on the same page before she started working and did her job expertly. The best balayage I have ever seen!
