It took Emir (my stylist) 5 minutes to understand what I wanted to have done. He communicated it to me in such way that I knew I could trust him straightaway. I had a color/cut/blowout and came out feeling divine. Their quality of service/products, attention to detail, client orientation and positive attitude were on the highest level possible.
