I made an appointment for Rafa Lugo and was there today for the first time. I tell you the professional experience I got the minute I walked in Alejandro greeted me asked me my name from Rafa greeted me while doing a client's hair to the two assistants there . I got in looking dead to coming out alive. I totally trusted him with color hair cut style. Definitely returning for roots in 6 weeks. Highly recommend. I got the Cowboy Copper great for the season.
