I come here all the time because it’s close to my house. I’m petite and look like a teenager so they don’t take me seriously and give me poor service when I’m an adult. I came in for a wax and told them I was in a hurry and they told me someone would be ready soon and I waited forever and everyone was busy and they served other customers before me. I had to leave after waiting because I didn’t have enough time. When I did my gel nails they did a super poor job and don’t give me the same treatment that they do other clients. I don’t think I will be coming back.
