I would like to preface this by saying if you do not speak Spanish, you will not get good service here. I usually do not like to leave reviews less than five stars but I was very disappointed with the service I received today. My friend recommended me this place as they did her eyebrows and gave great service. I just moved to the area and have been looking for a place to be my go-to spot for eyebrows. I made an appointment for 1, I arrive 1:04. The woman was still working on someone else, so I did not get seated until 1:20 or so. I understand that sometimes you may have fallen off schedule, but there was no communication about that. However, even while doing my eyebrows, she kept stopping in order to touch up other client's eyebrows multiple times. It was clear that my business was not valued as much as other clients.
