Wish the people there could communicate with non Spanish speaking people. I asked for specific color and style and didn't get either. I showed many pictures of what I wanted but got what the stylist came up with. I left in tears. I felt alienated while they all talked Spanish around me. I understand some, and understood when they said everyone in Miami should speak Spanish! Horrified, I sat in silence the whole time. I felt humiliated when the stylist took pictures of my hair, which she was proud of...but not even close to what I asked for. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because the manager was nice enough to discount the price. pics are what I asked for and what I got

I went to this salon for a balayage with Jorge el colombiano. The place was clean and following covid protocols , my stylist was attentive and did a fantastic job ! My hair was not damaged at all ! The level of professionalism was beyond my expectations. The stylist gave me amazing results and I am in LOVEE with my new hair Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloring

Jorge "Colombia" has been my hairstylist for over 2 years. My type of hair is very and he has been the only hairstylist that has been able to tame my hair. He does my highlights and my hair doesn't brake or gets damaged. I would recommend him to anyone that is seeking a good hairstylist. Honest, respectful and nows how to work with any type of hairs.
