I went here recently for the first time. The booking system was messed up but to be fair I did book last minute so I had no problem with waiting. The stylist that took over for me was very nice and I showed her the color I wanted, it was a dark red color. While she applied the color onto my hair it literally looked like a fushia color. When I asked her are you sure this is the color I asked for and showed her the picture again, she said yes that the color of the dye isn't the same as the end result. So I believed her but that wasn't the case. My hair came out like a fushia color, not even red. A dark fushia. When I told the stylist that that was not the color I wanted she told me that I can come back to get the red that I want, that it takes a couple of tries to get to the red I want... I have gone red before and it got to the color I wanted in one shot. This salon is amazing! I had to go in to detangle i tried to do it myself but couldn’t. Half of the back of my hair was matted due to depression and i was super embarrassed going in.
