I always have such a great experience at this nail salon! This time I had Lisandra as my nail tech and she was amazing, she was willing to try any new idea I had out and she executed it so nicely. I highly recommend this nail salon as you can always count on great customer service and excellent work! Services: Pedicure, Gel manicures

I am not one to write negative reviews online. I usually go to the bird road location and Coral Gables. The girls there are great and I have never had an issue. I was in the Kendall area and decided to go to that location. That was my first mistake. Besides one of the girls from the other location that I recognized, the lady that took care of me barely even greeted me. She was clearly in a bad mood. I asked for a dusty rose/mauve type color, and I informed her D&D doesn’t last on my nails. It chips within days. I requested the other brand I typically use. She clearly didn’t care, after I sat down for my pedicure I realized that there was an entire wall of that brand. I picked a different color then we began with my pedicure the attitude this woman had, barely said two words to me and everything I requested seemed to be an issue. That’s not the worst part, we then started my manicure. No water. She was very rough. I am amazed she didn’t cut my cuticles wrong. She was clearly having alle

Raybeth is my absolute favorite nail tech. She works in the one on 144th and never disappoints! I’ve been going to her for a year and she really goes above and beyond for everyone. I’ll never go anywhere else but to her. Can’t stress that enough
