I booked an appointment to do my hair with the owner and when I got there I had to wait for a very long time because the owner was busy talking on the phone. When she noticed that she was running late she made someone else in the salon do my hair. This other person didn’t know what she was doing. I really had a bad experience and I felt that this salon and the owner are not professional and don’t treat their customers with respect. I don’t recommend this salon and I would tell people not to waste their time or money. Service: Hairstyling

Cindy is a funny knowledgeable kind person. From the moment I walked in without knowing what to expect I laughed I’m from Seattle and we don’t have salons like this back home. First time I show someone a picture and get what I wanted and much more my hair is so beautiful truly I found a gem. When in Miami I will always come back to Cindy’s Service: Hairstyling

My hair color did not come out how I wanted. I showed her a picture of a brunette bayalage and she put “chocolate” color which came out RED! She over processed my hair my ends are super dry. Also did they botox treatment which she left for too long because she was literally taking care of 2-3 other girls at the same time as me and my root feel dry too! Was there from 2p-9p Super upset and I payed 370$$!!! 100% Do not recommend this place!! Services: Hairstyling, Balayage
