Regal Nails, Salon & Spa

This place is absolutely awful. The man at this nail salon did not know what he was doing. They were all slanted and lop sided, he was incredibly rude when I asked him if he could fix them, and the overall customer service was just unprofessional and inconsiderate. After all the customer is always right, these are our nails, and he completely messed them up. It's also my 20th birthday and now I'll have these disastrous nails that they refused to fix without more money even though they were the ones who messed it up. //NEVER// going there again, There are much better nail places out there.

They change the price after they get started on your nails different from what's posted. They will damage your nails and don't know how to do a simple manicure. My first and last time.

Lee usually do my manicure and Pedicure with gel polish a total of $45.00. So today I took my daughter today to get the same thing and Cindy charge me $60 for the same services. No nails no nothing. And when I ask her why so much she stated because of the gel polish on the feet and hand. I asked her are you making your own prices than what's on the pricing board??? My daugther is 11 years old and she didn't even have nails. Cindy said when Lee return. We all will discuss pricing. I explain to Cindy that it's ok, because I want be returning. And have a great day!!! I stop going to Cindy years ago beacsue her prices are always different. Mind you she just told a lady who needed a refill and Pedicure with gel polish, that her total was $50. Cindy is making up her own prices!!! Neeeeeever returning, never!!!!
