I got a feeling that they are trying to gather personal information about the client. To register on the web site they demand a date of birth, e-mail and even gender, to book an appointment credit card is needed. They have an online quiz but to get the results I was asked to fill the form with plenty of personal info and to get online coupons the date of birth and email were needed. Such a curiosity made me uncomfortable.What is my date of birth and email has to do with the hair cut? Just wanted to say why I change my mind on visiting this salon.

Peter was an absolute pleasure. Time and time again hair dressers always cut too much when all i want is my dead ends cut. He did exactly that with an incredible attitude throughout and amazing conversation. The girl in the front as well (forgive me i forgot her name but i know it starts with N) was so sweet and attentive. she was also the one who washed my hair and was just such a pleasure. The shop itself is very clean and well kept. Came all the way from Miami and needless to say it was worth the drive and i will be going back. Service: Haircut

I unfortunately did not get the experience I expected, and I braved giving up my hair to a stylist I didn’t know. Granted I’m not trying to blame the stylist too harsh however if you touch a client’s hair you would understand and know what processes you can and can’t be done. I had my hair stripped of its pigment and then had to deposit color, I was trying to achieve a look that was nearly impossible and I think a stylist would have been able to tell me that it can’t be done. My hair is now damaged and I no longer have curls, it’s the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had. I paid and tipped and walked out looking atrocious. It’s unfortunate.
