Very unprofessional. Worst highlights ever. My hair end up being orange after having the procedure done twice due to lack of knowledge. They were not even accountable for the service and charged me additional money to try to fix their mistakes. Dolly needs to learn her basics.

My hair was nice. Only downside is you have to ask the customers if they want certain services you cannot just assume. I got my hair washed blow and trimed.. I ask the lady about the trim. She said 15 I agreed. When I went to pay my tab it was $92. I was shocked and ask why my bill was so high she said it was because the treatment. I told her what treatment I didn't approve a treatment. She stated the stylist put it in my hair. The only reason why I paid because she did do nice work. But it would have been nice to know if you added a service. You cant add services without telling the client. The said part is ive been here multiple times and never had issues until now. Unfortunately, Amber was not there. I dont even know if she works there anymore although i asked for her.
