Lana did an absolutely amazing job on my lashes, she is a perfectionist through and through, exactly how I wanted them, best I’ve ever had done! I like natural looking lashes and usually I find that is for some reason harder to achieve than the super long ones. 10/10

I was a loyal client of Lana lashes and had the opportunity to do my lashes with Julia, lyuba Hanna, and let's pass that one of them was an intern and had to be in a session for 6hs!! Twice It’s disappointing that they canceled your appointment three times in row two Of them, without any warning just received a notification on the phone on my way there, living 30 miles away, wasting time and gas. The third appointment was a Sunday, and they texted to cancel the day before Now I book another appointment and call to reschedule. The lady on the phone hung up on me. I call 10 minutes after to mention it, and she laughs at me at this point She never looked up my appointment and said my appointment was Sunday and rebooked for Monday when in fact was Saturday I can understand if they are busy; however, the lack of professionalism on the phone, the laughter, and didn’t listen to my appointment day show me it’s not a place I want to come back .
