Horrible experience at this salon that I will forever learn my lesson ! Next time I will do more homework and not trust the reviews I read about a business . I came into Diana’s salon for a Balayage / highlights with healthy beautiful hair . Not only did my hair turn orange , In addition I was left with overly processed , broken severely damaged hair. My once long strands of hair are now short bangs and a few bald spots . She literally melted my hair . This salon clearly does not know how to work with bleach and color . The salon took zero responsibility and now I’m left with damaged hair that I am paying hundreds of dollars for products to revive my hair . The salon owner and her daughter Carla are extremely unprofessional, rude and only care about money and not the clients satisfaction As a result of the severe damage , I cannot die my hair for at least a year or more !
