Qiu Salon Doral

I really want to try this place since it's close to my house, but EVERY TIME when I'm trying to book a appointment, the front desk lady is unable to help because she can't speak or understand English and get frustrated with me speaking English.. it's quite a shame. Not everyone speaks Spanish, and you moved and live here in States, especially running a business here, I think staff should be able to speak English so you don't lose customers.

So I requested long hair with iron curls which came out great but only lasted about 4 hours after I left the salon. They only put hair spray. No serum or anti frizz products before or after ironing. So of course my hair smells burned and I have no signs of curls on my hair. Just frizzy and dried hair from the hair spray. My hair naturally is curly and healthy. $65 down the drain. My boyfriend couldn't even stand the burned smell. Mind you this is the day before valentine's day. ????????‍♀️

Alba gave an amazing service and was extremely nice… understood exactly what it was that i wanted with my hair while still keeping it super healthy. Loved the service ask for alba!!!
