If possible I’d give zero stars. The worst nail establishment I’ve ever been to. The moment you walk in there’s a negative energy like you wouldn’t believe as if everyone hates their job. I came in today for a mani/pedi, and the lady I got was Layanni. When I sat down she was ready to immediately start the apres process, so I asked her if she would please clean under my nails first, as they do at every other nail salon, to which she rudely responds “this isn’t a spa, it’s not my job to clean your nails it’s your job to come in with clean nails.” AND PROCEEDS TO MAKE ME CLEAN MY OWN NAILS WITH THE TOOL. When it was brought to the attention of management, she got upset and threw a tantrum like a child stating she was done working on me and someone else could take over. At that point I had had enough and left without getting anything done. I’ve given these people too many chances and every time I’m met with the same horrible service. Never again. The worst experience ever, spare yourselves a really unpleasant time and don't even think of getting your manicure done in this place. To begin with the lack of experience and professionalism is the main course here, my nails where horrendous, she cut me A LOT and the design was ugly ( roughly done ) moreover the rudeness and vulgarity of the lady who did my nails... OMG. I'll never come back there, there are lots of professional places that take good care of your hands. Service: Manicure
