I had set my hair cut appointment two weeks in advance for one hair stylist I enjoyed getting my hair cut with for the 11th of March. Next thing you know, I got a notification that my appointment has changed to a different time and to a different hair stylist. Why? Not even a couple hours later, it’s changed AGAIN to another hair stylist and a different time. What is the point of me choosing a hair stylist if I am going to be thrown around with different ones? I immediately canceled, very disappointed. This happened to me months before where I scheduled with the hair stylist I wanted to get my hair cut done but instead when I got there, I got another one to cut my hair and with curly hair, she did not face shape nor layer my hair. I had to wait till my hair grew up to get it reshaped by another hairstylist. No way am I ever scheduling another appointment here just to be thrown around different hair stylists when I specifically scheduled for ONE and only ONE.

I had a makeup lesson today with Lamar and couldn't be more pleased. She has fabulous teaching skills and great knowledge of the art of applying makeup. I learned so much and left the store looking my best. She was professional, yet fun, patient and encouraging. No pressure selling. I bought a few products a love. It was time and money very well spent.
