I was extremely happy with my look in the beginning and after a few times retouching my highlights, one day Carlos completely destroyed my hair leaving the bleach on for 2 hours while he took care of other customers at the same time and not paying attention to my hair, then put on the wrong toner and so much of my hair broke and got fried from the bleach that my mom had to cut it super short. Has been almost a year and my hair is just a bit better. The place is overpriced and after this mess Carlos did, he still charged me hundreds of dollars and didn’t even apologize. One of his workers was telling me what a bad mistake was done to my hair by Carlos and how the damage was irreversible. Of course I haven’t gone back and won’t either.

Amazing stylist. The owners are great. I always leave looking and feeling great!! Very professional up-to-date on amazing products excellent cuts colors. Just love it there.
